Salem Five is a mutually owned bank out of New England. I designed various ad campaigns to connect them with local customers and strengthen their community. I also created internal pieces to empower employees.
In 2024, Salem Five launched a campaign centered around persistence & the needs of hardworking small businesses. I ensured each material potential customers interacted with was on message & visually engaging..
Salem Five also runs various targeted CD rate campaigns. Each designed material was consistent, with a clear message. One of the campaigns—the Valentine's Day campaign—generated the most enrollments in a CD rate to date!
The bank also needed materials for branch management. Print & digital assets communicated info to both employees & customers. Making sure info was accessible, clear & accurate was vital.
