The Decay of Time is a book that explores the concept of time travel and its potential consequences.
The book consisted of curated articles about the scientific aspect of time travel, but also the human aspect. I conducted interviews to hear people's thoughts. Many were fearful of the implications.
The book starts off clean and legible, and deteriorates as the chapters progress. This deterioration represents people's fear & the unraveling of time.
The following is a series of companion posters. The first poster is meant to be hung in a place of waiting & prompts viewers with a question. As the days go on the next poster in the sequence in hung, prompting further reflection.
I also created a website to collect question responses, and prompt interest in the book.
